60 min Open Mat Session
Service Description
60 minute open mat session. Included with all memberships except PAYG. Under 14's must attend with an adult for supervision, as there is no guarantee there will be a member of staff available. Should you wish to book a session with staff supervision, this will need to be booked as a Personal Training session. Open mat sessions are free to book for all memberships, except for PAYG, where they are charged at £10 per session. Max session capacity: 20 persons
Cancellation Policy
OPEN MAT SESSIONS Open mat is for independent drilling and sparring, not for instructor-led teaching. All participants are responsible for their own safety and their partners, and all parties must follow gym etiquette at all times. Under 14's must attend with a parent/guardian for supervision. Any unsafe, disrespectful, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in removal from the mat and gym staff reserve the right to refuse participation at any time. Please ensure you have the relevant equipment with you for your session.
