RANY SAADEH vs DEAN GARNETT // BRAVE
We had a pleasure to work with BAMMA bantamweight world Champion Rany "Prince" Saadeh from Berlin, Germany a few weeks ago when he was visiting London. We managed to get in 2.5 hours of Pad work and analysed his striking balance, weight distribution and specific techniques for his upcoming fight. It was an honour to be involved in his training camp. I am sure there will be many more opportunities for Rany and us to work again in the future. All at GK1STRIKING wish the best with his upcoming bout in a week on Brave 29, 15th of November in Kingdom of Bahrain.
We reached out to Rany to see what he has to say about his GK1STRIKING experience?
"When I was in London, I couldn't wait to hit up GK1 for some private training in preperation for my fight as I've seen him doing a good job training other fighters. I was super impressed about his knowledge and passion for the art of striking. He helped me to shape the gameplan for my fight, we worked on specific scenarios and made small adjustments in my basic technique. The improvement came instantly and I was able to implement almost everything in the following sparring sessions."
