KIDS ACADEMY
The GK1 Kids Academy is designed specifically for children aged 4 to 9, whether they’re complete beginners or already have some experience. The program is led by Head Coach Gregor, with occasional guest coaches bringing in fresh expertise and energy.
Our supportive environment promotes mental well-being, helping children to manage emotions, build resilience, and develop a positive mindset. Kids will enjoy fun, dynamic classes that teach both striking and grappling skills, while boosting their fitness, coordination, and motor skills.
Whether you're looking to commit to regular classes, or would prefer a more flexible "Pay-As-You-Go" option, we've got your covered! And for those who want a little extra practice, our open mat sessions are included in all memberships (except PAYG) and let you work on your moves at your own pace. Please note however, children 14 or under will need to be supervised by a parent/guardian.
