Grading is an opportunity for you or your child to showcase the skills, discipline and progress developed through training at GK1STRIKING. This is included as part of your membership at no additional cost.

During classes, our coaching team will assess ability and experience before awarding a coloured badge that reflects the appropriate level. Badges can be attached to your GK1STRIKING shorts, which are available to purchase at the gym should you wish, or alternatively, members may choose to collect their badges, frame them, or attach them to their own training gear. However you choose to display them, they're a great way to celebrate your progress.
